- In a shallow pan, heat oil and sauté onions and garlic until browned. Cook whilst regularly stirring the beef until browned and all the liquid has dried out. Stir in tomatoes and cook until tender. - Bake for 30 minutes. Allow to cool in the pan for 10minutes for your serving portions to hold shape
